The Constraint

A healthcare network of 150+ independent practices had years of email engagement history sitting unused — no visibility into coverage gaps, no way to identify missing contacts at scale.

The Build

On-premise pipeline to parse historical engagement data, map gaps across the network, surface missing contacts, and trigger personalized outreach at scale. LLM access gated via API; no patient data ever touched.

The Constraint

A B2B SaaS vendor selling to brands on major retail marketplaces had no scalable way to find and qualify leads — the process was entirely manual, starting from brand names only.

The Build

Five-stage pipeline: marketplace directory extraction → brand research from name-only inputs → account qualification and scoring → contact sourcing → angle-specific content generation per lead. Replaced a fully manual process across 5+ marketplaces.

The Constraint

A national multi-site operator had 190k+ contact records in CRM accumulated over years — duplicated, degraded, untrustworthy. Effectively usable addressable universe: ~30k records.

The Build

External pipeline pulling records via API, matching against authoritative source data, deduplicating, enriching via live web research, and writing everything back. CRM stayed the system of record; the pipeline became the quality layer on top.
